She has collaborated with Dhrupad Pundit Uday Bhawalkar in North Indian Music, drawing parallels between the two ancient vocal-vina traditions of India. She is also a watercolor artist and a disciple of the legendary musician, musicologist, and painter, Late Sri S. Rajam. Her paintings were exhibited at the Cedar Mill Library, Portland Oregon. She was featured along with her mother in the book "The Singer & the Song: Conversations with women musicians" by C.S. Lakshmi (published in 2000).

Through workshops and interactive presentations, Sreevidhya contributes to the local community by bringing awareness to the culture and music of India at K-12 schools, libraries and other organizations in Oregon. She volunteers offering music as therapy to patients at St. Vincent’s Hospital.

Chandramouli Narayanan is a ninth generation descendent of the Karaikudi tradition. He learned the art of playing vina under his mother, Late Smt. Lakshmi Ammal, (daughter of the legendary Karaikudi Subbarama Iyer) through the Gurukulam system. Along with Sreevidhya, he has been teaching both voice and vina for over two decades in the Pacific Northwest. He is passionate about reviving Carnatic music compositions and sets Tamil poems to tune in the Carnatic idiom. Currently an independent software consultant, he has worked as a software engineer for a variety of industries including Intel.
